FAQ
How does the process work?
Once guests step onto the 360 platform, the camera spins around them 3-5 times for approximately 10 seconds. The guests step off and enter their phone number, email address or scan a QR code to receive their personalized, 360 slow-mo video that is ready to download and share to social media. It’s as simple as that!

Does this require access to an electrical outlet?
If there is access to a power source, that can be preferred. However, if the event is outside we can make arrangements to use batteries for the event.

What space does the venue need to provide?
There needs to be a flat and stable surface that is at least 10ft x 10 ft.

What area do you service?
We are based in San Diego, and there is no associated travel costs within San Diego County. If you are located outside of this area, we can travel to you with travel costs.

Can I put my own branding/logo on the video?
Yes. Text and logos can be added on top of the video. 

Do you provide your own table for props if we choose them as an add-on option?
If you choose props as an add-on, we will provide our own table. However, we will need an additional 6ft. X 4ft. of space. 

Can you set up outside? 
Yes as long as it is a flat and stable surface. 

How much time do you need to set up for my event?
We generally need 1 hour for set up time prior to your event start time. 

Is the 360 Videobooth automatic?
An attendant is required to operate the 360 videobooth safely. 

How are the videos from the 360 booth sent to me or my guests?
Guests can choose to enter their email address, phone number, or scan a QR code to access their videos immediately after stepping off the platform. 

Are the videos shot horizontally (for a TV or computer monitor) or vertically (for social media)?
Most people prefer to be able to share vertical video on social media platforms. However, we can set up a horizontal display if that is your preference.
